Welcome to ToyZone.pk; one of the biggest online toy shops in Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions apply to this website. By using ToyZone.pk, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not understand or agree with the terms given in these guidelines, your option is to stop using ToyZone.pk. ToyZone.pk reserves the right to alter, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be effective immediately after being posted. Please check this page regularly for updates, as continued use of this website will be considered acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept returns for products received in damaged or faulty condition. The product must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags and undamaged packaging.

Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with a short video and pictures at support@toyzone.pk.

Refund or exchange for not liking the product will not be entertained. However, you may share your issue at support@toyzone.pk for review.

Refund or exchange will be made within 7 days if the product received is not identical to the product ordered on the website.

Refunds will be made directly into your bank account within 7 working days where applicable, after details are shared with us.

🚚

Customers must return merchandise via traceable delivery such as courier or registered post at their own expense. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

🎨

Colors may vary upon delivery. Unless extra payment was made for a desired color, colors are not covered under exchange or refund policy.

Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

If a product is returned in inadequate condition, ToyZone.pk reserves the right to send it back to the customer.

Using ToyZone.pk

  1. To use this website, a user has to be at least 18 years of age or guided by a parent or guardian.
  2. Users may post comments and suggestions unless they are illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, cyber bullying, infringing intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, spam, or contain viruses.
  3. Some services and features may require registration. By registering, you agree to provide accurate personal details and not impersonate anyone else.
  4. Each user is responsible for keeping their password and account details safe. ToyZone.pk should be notified if there is unauthorized use of your password or account.
  5. ToyZone.pk has the discretion to terminate accounts, deny service, cancel orders and delete or modify content.
  6. The website is not liable for harm or damage sustained due to failure to agree with this section.

Order Confirmation for High-Value Orders

If a customer places an order valued at Rs. 10,000 or more for the first time, ToyZone.pk may require a certain percentage of the total order amount as confirmation before dispatching the order.

If the customer has a proven order history with successfully paid and received orders, we may proceed with dispatching high-value orders without requiring advance payment.

Our team reserves the right to assess the order and customer history before confirming dispatch of any high-value order.

Note: Advance payment will be requested in a bank account under the name Toyzone. If using IBFT from outside Pakistan, the bank account may be in the name of Hamza Wasim.

Content and Abuse

All content posted on ToyZone.pk and/or its official Facebook or Twitter page is either developed originally or exclusively provided by vendors for listing or promotion of products.

This includes product descriptions, images, specifications, promotional literature, videos, exclusive footage, information or news related to the products and brands listed on ToyZone.pk. Unauthorized duplication and misuse of content is strictly prohibited.

ToyZone.pk and its community work together to keep the website and services working properly. Please report offensive content, problems, and policy breaches to us.

If your intellectual rights have been infringed, notify our team and we will start an investigation process. Contact: support@toyzone.pk.

Warranty Policy

Warranty claims differ based on the respective product. ToyZone.pk does not offer warranty claims directly.

Not all products come with a warranty. If a product has warranty, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

Logos & Trademarks

You are not allowed to use service marks, trademarks, logos, characters, or materials appearing on ToyZone.pk or related social media pages without written permission.

Order Pricing & Acceptance

  • ToyZone.pk can cancel or refuse any order at any time.
  • If an item is misplaced, we may contact you or cancel the order.
  • Prices are fixed and inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal details are handled with integrity and are not rented, sold, or distributed to third parties.

For marketing activities, ToyZone.pk may send promotional material with an option to opt out.

Promotions & Offers

Promotions, deals, and offers may be advertised on ToyZone.pk, social media pages, or other media. These may have time limits and specific rules.

ToyZone.pk will have final authority in case of any misunderstanding or issue related to offers.

Delivery of Products

ToyZone.pk will charge Rs. 195/- shipping fee per order to any destination in Pakistan.

Check Warranty

ToyZone.pk offers a check warranty of 24 hours to help customers confirm they have received the correct item.

Exchange & Return Policy

A complaint for damaged products can be lodged within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, customers cannot bring forward claims regarding products.

If the claim is accurate, ToyZone.pk may replace the product or allow exchange with another article.

Prevailing Law

The laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan will govern these Terms and Conditions.

Force Majeure

No damages can be claimed if delay or failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including Acts of God, changes in law, terrorism, war, riots, fire, floods, severe weather, strikes, or similar events.

Identity & Verification Liability

Investigating, screening, identifying, verifying credentials, identity, purchases, or payments is not the responsibility of ToyZone.pk.

Limitations on Liability

ToyZone.pk will not be responsible for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from products or any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Agency & Relationships

No partnership, agency, employee-employer, joint venture, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or formed through this agreement.

Indemnity

ToyZone.pk, its officers, directors, representatives, and subsidiaries will be indemnified and held harmless from claims arising in connection with actions related to ToyZone.pk, use of services, or breach of representation.
